Lindsay is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour yoga instructor.  She enjoys different forms of body movement and like to share her experiences with others.  Her classes revolve more towards a full body workout, stretching, and inversions. She believes inversions are beneficial to the body by improving circulation, detoxifying the body, stimulating endocrine and nervous system, while building core strength.
